I started as products and billing associate for and internet and cable provider in the US, also have a few months experience in supporting medical claims for a health insurance company in the US as well. Also supported for technical, products and services and billing assistance and an email and chat support for one of the largest Telecommunications company here in the Philippines. I am privileged to have experience in an email and chat support for online stores for more than a year. I am eager to learn to expand my knowledge and skills, I am hardworking and can work with less supervision.
