I'm passionate about web development - be it from the coding side or project management side. My main technical focus is backend coding and asynchronous processing. As a manager, I embrace a Scrum mindset based on team self-organization and flexibility, though I refrain from dogmatism and cargo cult management. On the coding side, my focus lies in: - PHP(7/8) (Symfony 2+, Doctrine 2, PHPUnit, Behat) - MySQL/MariaDB - MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch - HTML5/CSS3/Javascript I have over two years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner. Leading a team juggling maintenance and new product development has taught me the importance of prioritization and saying "no" to stakeholders. My team's backlog was clean and every single user story was tested by a stakeholder before it was approved. I strongly believe it's possible to keep things organized without resorting to rigid bureaucracy.
