I build AI systems and train teams to use them. My current work is primarily with Claude Code and Claude Cowork. I use these frameworks daily for my own business and I help clients implement them in their workflows. Engagement types range from coaching sessions to hands-on coding and implementation projects. Some clients want to learn Claude Code from scratch while others are building internal or production systems. I also work as a fractional CTO and AI implementation consultant. I have 20 years in technology and 7 years of healthcare work including advising Mass General Brigham and other large hospital systems. My projects include EHR integration, medical record processing, FDA SaMD, telehealth, and patient monitoring. I'm also a startup advisor and have helped startups achieve exits of $100 million as part of the founding team and $1 billion as an advisor.
