My last job on Upwork was as an Administrative Assistant to the Finance department in a home care facility in Canada. My role includes claim reviews and approval in SAP, processing charge backs using Wrike, and downloading invoices from vendor's websites then uploading them to company's SharePoint. My previous job on Upwork was also with the same company, where I assisted staff and caregivers with their schedules, work time requests, and other concerns related to the provision of home care to individuals with special needs. I was also responsible for sourcing relievers to cover for absent staff, managing incoming fax and email message, encoding staff information into Google sheets, and conducting security monitoring and report generation using security tools installed in each house. After my role on Upwork, I worked as an Ads Specialist for Google at Concentrix Philippines, where I provided consultation and onboarding support for Google Ads advertisers. I also worked for Facebook at Task Us, reviewing customers' profiles and documents during the onboarding process for their digital wallet accounts. Prior to these roles, I've had experiences in various Business Process Outsourcing companies, in the Financial Services, for more than fifteen years. Some of the companies are HSBC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Barclaycard UK and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Bank, where I was cited as one of the employees of the year in 2014. I've handled Day 1 and Day 2 checks, report generation, reconciliation, data analysis, purchasing, research, and other administrative tasks such as managing schedules of board members, particularly the chairperson, coordinating meetings and events, liaising with government agencies and external organizations, preparing official communications, recording board meeting minutes, and other ad-hoc tasks as as assigned by key personnel. I am hopeful that these experiences will qualify me for my next role, where I can utilize all my skills, enhance them, learn new ones, and contribute positively to the business. Thank you!
