I have worked for a few months as customer service representative, assisting customers with billing and technical problems. On the side, we do sales support. When I decided to be a freelancer on oDesk (now Upwork), I started with small data entry jobs and was eventually hired to be a web content analyst. I'm now a data entry specialist with the same client. For the years I have worked with them on web research and data entry, I have greatly improved my research skills. It's overwhelming to know what experience can do a lot for me. If it's available on the web, I can definitely find it!
