I build internal tools and web apps for small businesses that run on spreadsheets, have outgrown an old app, or lose time to manual steps. I also take over existing React or Angular apps to fix and extend them. I can work full time or part time, on fixed-price or hourly contracts, from Cebu, Philippines (UTC+8). Most of my recent work is moving a company's internal tools off legacy Power Apps and rebuilding them as React web apps. 5+ are live on Azure, and I've owned each one end to end: planning, build, sign-in, CI/CD, deployment and handover docs. The largest is about 32 screens and works offline for field staff. I also replaced fragile low-code flows with scheduled Python jobs that reconcile records across three business systems and post an alert in Teams when something needs a person to look at it. One example: on a warehouse receiving app I built, every saved receipt also has to reach a separate asset tracking system. If that system is down, we can't lose a receipt or hold up the warehouse. So the receipt saves first, the send retries on a schedule, the team gets an alert if it keeps failing, and a self-heal step picks up anything that slipped through. Before that, one client kept me on for 1,618 hours building Angular and NgRx features for their laboratory inventory SaaS, and rated the work five stars. At Accenture I joined a complex existing Angular codebase and built modules for a national income tax system. At Indicia Worldwide I built a spreadsheet-style grid with Excel export for a marketing SaaS, and their Global Head of Engineering recommended me for "speed, diligence, and technical expertise." Good first projects: a written plan to replace one spreadsheet or manual process, one workflow moved into a web app your team logs in to, a fix or new feature on an existing React or Angular app, or an admin dashboard on the data you already have. When the work lives in Excel, the goal is one system of record, so nobody on your team works from an old copy of the file. How I work: before I build anything, you walk me through how your team does the work today. I look at who does what, which tools they use, where the same data gets typed twice and where things get missed. Then we agree which steps to keep, which to drop and what to build first. If the simplest fix doesn't need a new app, I'll tell you. You get a written scope and price before work starts, regular written updates, and handover notes for everything I build, so you're not dependent on me.
