Bartosz W.

Senior Software Developer, in IT business since 2000. Software Architect and Project Manager with business approach. I am the full-stack Software Engineer and business partner appreciating long-term relationships and efficient communication. Over the years I've gained experience in software solutions. I was designing, implementing, and testing object-oriented applications using PHP (MVC frameworks), C#, Java, JavaScript (and AJAX). I have been a project manager for several products. I was wearing different hats in the software house that I founded. I was not only programming, but I was managing, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relations with existing ones. I was designing software architecture and managing the team of programmers working on a few different projects at the same time. I was checking the newbies in our team and providing code reviews for other developers. For many years I've worked remotely and collaborated in team while working on complex projects for English-speaking clients. I have wide experience in creating custom web services from scratch, have a look at my portfolio, success rate on Upwork, and gathered references that represent how I work. I design software and data architecture, create usable user interfaces, implement functionalities, test software and fix bugs that others find hard to correct. I also cooperate with UX designer and frontend developer on a daily basis. Do not hesitate to contact me. I am always open to get to know how we can make your world better.
