I've spent 15+ years in the WordPress ecosystem, and about a decade of that inside the companies that build the products themselves. At Elegant Themes I led the technical support team for Divi. I've also worked across the Awesome Motive family of products (WPForms, WP Mail SMTP, SendLayer, Sugar Calendar, aThemes, and ActiveLayer), which together run on millions of websites, rising from technical support to Director of Operations along the way. That mix means I can help on two levels. I write code: PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML, and everything WordPress. And I build the systems around the code: support teams, AI workflows, documentation, and processes that keep a growing online business running. What clients hire me for: • WordPress and Divi: custom builds, redesigns, child themes, WooCommerce, bug fixes, speed optimization • Forms and email deliverability: WPForms, WP Mail SMTP, SendLayer, complex form logic, integrations, notifications that actually reach the inbox • AI and automation: AI-assisted support and content workflows that cut hours of manual work out of weekly routines • Operations and support: help desk setup, SOPs and documentation, hiring and training remote support teams All of it is delivered through PREP Tech, my web agency: 165+ completed Upwork jobs, 4,300+ hours, and a 100% Job Success score built on 5-star reviews. If it touches WordPress, forms, email deliverability, or the systems behind an online business, I've probably done it before. Send me a message and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm a good fit.
