Claude AI Consultant for Business Operations | AI Automation & Agents
I help business owners run their operations on Claude. I build the AI automation and AI agents that carry the daily work, then stay on to run it or teach your team. Stop being the glue between your apps. If your operations have outgrown the way they're run, I map how the work really moves first, so the business stops leaning on you for every handoff. 🎓 Claude Team setup & training 🌎 U.S. citizen, working U.S. business hours (based in GMT+8) 🏆 Top Rated, 100% Job Success, 137 jobs and $200K+ earned on Upwork 💼 25 years in IT, marketing and operations 🤝 Claude Partner Network member (2026) 🤝 Lindy.ai Service Partner (2024) ▌ HOW I CAN HELP ▹ Map it first: a plain-language AI audit of one area of your business, ranking what to automate, what to train people on and what to leave alone. ▹ Build it: AI agents that work your inbox and CRM and leave replies as drafts for your yes. n8n and Claude Code workflow automation, HubSpot CRM automation, and integrations between Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive and the tools you already run, through APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors: Anthropic-approved ones plus well-reviewed third-party MCP servers, mostly inside Claude. When a job needs it, I also work directly with the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, REST, webhooks and OAuth. ▹ Fix it: your half-built or broken n8n workflow finished, with an alert so you hear when it breaks. ▹ Document it: SOPs, operations manuals and AI-searchable handbooks written from how your people really work, so Claude starts from how you run things, not from zero. I run my own business this way. ▹ Watch it: a paid daily check that each automation ran and did real work, with a backup alarm if the check itself goes quiet. ▹ Run it: stay on as your fractional AI and operations lead, from a few hours a month, keeping the systems running, improving them and taking the next process off your plate. Before I moved into AI, I held five management contracts here on Upwork, the longest 19 months. ▹ Teach it: your company set up on Claude Team, with shared projects, skills and connectors, and your people trained to build with Claude, Cowork and Claude Code themselves. Not on the list? If it's operations and it repeats, ask. Job closeout is one example. ▌ WORK I'VE DELIVERED 🏗️ Contractor: a service manager's head-knowledge turned into a roughly 150-page operations manual and a 60-page Quick Start, plus a bilingual job application whose AI screening writes a 12-section candidate report in about a minute. ✈️ Charter broker: a lead engine that read inquiries, researched each person, logged the contact and deal in HubSpot and drafted the reply, with a daily silent-failure monitor. Live when I handed it over. ☀️ Commercial solar: a meeting engine that turned a recorded meeting into a written record and task list. Their office manager isn't technical, and in a coaching session she ran it herself on a real meeting. Plus a 70+ page SOP handbook. 🔧 Property restoration, Australia (repeat client): n8n workflows carrying job data from the field app into Simpro, with a data check before anything was written. 🏥 Healthcare benefits administrator: mid-build, Microsoft shipped Copilot into Outlook and made most of the external build unnecessary. I told the client, then wrote the instructions that turned Copilot into their email triage assistant, drafting replies from their policy knowledge base and citing the source. More systems are in the portfolio below. ▌ WHY I MAP IT FIRST Most of how a business runs was never written down: who really has to say yes, which spreadsheet is the real one, the rule everybody quietly skips, the steps that live in someone's head. A person fills those gaps without noticing. AI fills them with a guess. For a contractor, the tracking form showed 3 active jobs. The real number was 386, and it lived in one service manager's head. On another project for the same contractor, an audit nobody asked for found about $2,160 a year in unused licenses. So I start with the people who do the work, then build. ▌ YOU STAY IN CONTROL A person approves anything that leaves your business. Everything is built in your own accounts and you own all of it, with no lock-in. You deal with one person from the first call to the handover, and if something I built has a defect in the first 30 days after you sign it off, I fix it at no charge. ▌ HOW I GOT HERE Operations came first. I ran my own IT consulting business in Los Angeles for more than nine years, built and led a supplement company's marketing team, and ran online businesses day to day. I've used AI daily since late 2022, when I started Artificial Intelligently. ▌ HOW WE START The first conversation is free: tell me the messiest process in your week and which tools it touches. Then you get my written recommendation for the next step. If that step is the paid plan, its price is in that same message, before you decide. Or start small with a fixed-price package from my project catalog.
