***My Main objective is to prove myself here in Upwork (formerly odesk) and to other outsourcing industries and be able to get the trust of my employers because of my strong dedication, knowledge, hard work, honesty, and efficiency. I always enjoy the absolute trust of my managers whom I have worked with and this professional integrity is something I personally take pride in. 1. I have been working as an Appointment setter/Real Estate agent since 2013. I am in charge of providing customers' rental listings/ sending them collections / private property listings anywhere in Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens areas. I call listing agents/renters/ buyers/ to check their availability when they are free to look at the houses that they prefer and then call back the listing agents and schedule an appointment for viewing. I am also sending Open house tours to potential buyers and then registering them with the listing agents 2. I work as a logistician. I track/trace orders, enter Orders, and Handle customers and carriers inquiries and emails. I enter freight quotes, book appointments, making delivery and pickup arrangements. I do other duties assigned to me like approving carriers before sending them loads and verifying brokers before accepting loads. Reviewing paperwork, and documents. I do special tasks like sending invoices and collecting payments to our customers. 3. I worked as a Back Office admin for an Australian-based Company. My task was to enter sales orders into their CRM, sending invoices, emailing customers, emailing clients about their overdue invoices. I was in charge of bank reconciling and other tasks assigned by my managers. 4. I also worked in Health care services as a telemarketer/telesales. My job was to contact diabetic patients and promote our medical supplies. 5. I worked as a Virtual Assistant/Appointment setter in the Franchise industry. We've done inbound/outbound calls every day with a min of 100-150 calls per day. We used Google apps, and management tools such as Hubstaff, CRM, and Softphone. I used to call Gatekeepers/bookkeepers/business owners and offer them a franchise investment and have their website listed on our lead generation services. We set quality leads and valid appointments. 6. I worked as a customer service representative in the BPO industry. We processed credit card activation for customers. In the Later part, I was promoted as a Senior Team Manager. I have a 6-year-experience in this kind of task. 7. I worked as a data entry and web researcher about the company's description, categories, and services. Data gathering from LinkedIn and other platforms and websites and find more details about the company profile and other related information then input the data on the CRM. 8. The least, I am good at proofreading and editing files based on specification sheets. I also have a quick typing skill with a minimum speed of 65+ wpm. I have done a lot of data entry/ text conversion based on the required specification sheets. We program files using LaTex programming software. Then in the later year, I was promoted to supervisor and handled a team. I had 9 years of experience as a data encoder and enjoy the work tremendously and where my journey started.
