James R.

I’m a writer with over 15 years of professional experience in a variety of formats, from scripted TV shows and game shows to content writing and true crime podcasting, and so much more. When I’m writing non-fiction, I’m a meticulous and omnivorous researcher. I use anything and everything I can get my hands on, including books, primary sources like police reports or court interviews, journalism, scholarly articles, statistics. A comprehensive approach to research usually yields the best results. I welcome and appreciate feedback and direction at any stage of the process, because my ultimate goal is to deliver exactly what my client wants. Above all, I’ve done a lot of fun and exciting work for many different clients, and I’m sure we can do great things together!
