Most people who hire on Upwork for a website or app have the same story: a freelancer who went quiet, or an agency that took the money and handed them a junior. I fix that. I run the project properly, and I bring people I've already proven through years of real work, so you're not gambling on a stranger. I'm a Top Rated Plus project manager with over 12,000 hours and 100% job success on Upwork, managing web, design, and development projects end to end. Depending on what you need, I can: Run your project: plan, scope, schedule, budget, coordinate the team, QA every deliverable, and keep you updated the whole way. Bring the right people: designers and developers from a network I've personally vetted, matched to your project instead of whoever is cheapest. Or both: manage the delivery and staff it with proven talent, so you have one accountable point of contact. I've led design and development builds across e-commerce, dashboards, UX, and full websites, and I QA everything before it reaches you. Microsoft Certified, and I keep communication clear and honest from the first message to launch. If you've been burned before, or you just want the project run without the headache, tell me what you're building and where it stands. I'll come back with a straight plan and honest pricing.
