Diosa M.

“Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be.” I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for over 13 years— a combination of being an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Commission Specialist and a Telemarketer. I have also been an office-based Customer Service Representative for 5 years--effectively handling customer service accounts from Billing Inquiries, managing the Team and assisting different product-oriented concerns. And an English online tutor for a a couple of years. Managerial and Administrative tasks, Lead generation, Appointment setting, Phone and Email Telemarketing, are my expertise. Through my experience, I had the chance to use cooperative techniques, develop effective strategies, and work as a member of a team. I have been told that my strengths include enthusiasm and creativity. You will find me to be well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable, the type of person on whom your clients or customers will rely. I also have a wide breadth of experience of the type that gives you the versatility to place me in a number of contexts with confidence that the level of excellence you expect will be met.
