Post-launch conversion rate improved and overall shopping experience of the visitors. Bearwood — a data-heavy, highly complex catalog migrated to Shopify Advanced. Two separate stores, US and Canada, consolidated into a single storefront with market-aware pricing, currency and inventory, so customers on either side of the border get one seamless experience instead of two disconnected sites. I take on three kinds of work. 1. Shopify Plus builds You're scaling and need an enterprise-grade store built properly. Custom themes written from scratch — no bloated marketplace themes with forty settings you'll never touch. Advanced integrations: Recharge, Klaviyo, LoyaltyLion, Gorgias, ERP and 3PL connections, B2B and wholesale channels, multi-market and multi-currency setups. Liquid, Shopify Functions, custom apps where the platform needs extending. 2. Full migration to Shopify Moving from another platform? I handle the whole thing, not just a CSV import: products, variants, collections, customer records with password preservation, order history, blog content, 301 redirect mapping, metafield structure, and a design rebuild. The goal is a launch where your traffic and rankings don't dip. I've run this end to end on catalogs from 50 SKUs to 50,000 — including multi-store consolidations where two regional sites become one. 3. Monthly retainer Your store is live and needs a steady hand. I keep a small number of retainer clients and handle updates, new features, speed and Core Web Vitals work, A/B tests, app conflicts, and whatever breaks at 11pm before a launch. You get a senior Shopify person on call without the cost or overhead of hiring one.
