I have over 14 years of experience in various roles, starting as a virtual assistant in 2011 and worked my way up to positions such as full ownership of Marketing, SEO, Websites, Projects and as an Operations Manager for 5 years. As an Operations/Project Manager, I kept a fast-paced company on track by managing monthly projects, leading a diverse team, overseeing all operations, managing SOPs, and more. I have hands-on experience with digital systems and tools, managing websites, marketing tools, and integrations. I also guided other leaders in different departments and led teams to achieve company-wide goals. My main job was to make sure the company ran smoothly and kept growing.
