Denise Joy C.

I have held various jobs in diverse fields in the past 17 years. 8 of those years were spent in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, where I was given responsibilities in customer service, sales, and email response. I was also given a chance to handle operations teams as a supervisor, improve my database and reporting skills as an administrative assistant, and facilitate classes as a trainer. Apart from the BPO industry, I've also dabbled in musical theater. I've been performing on and off for 21 years. I've also conducted various workshops in acting and play writing. When there is a need, I give one-on-one workshops in song interpretation. I am seeking opportunities to be able to share and enhance the skills I've gained in all my years of work in different fields.
