Having lived in the USA for 8 years, I have knowledge of the American culture and am able to communicate conversationally with customers in both English and Spanish. My work experience has included positions as Quality Control Supervisor for physical and virtual operations, as well as customer service positions on both outbound sales and appointment-setting campaigns.
