I started tutoring while still in college, helping local and international students build confidence in Math. That early experience shaped my ability to explain complex ideas clearly, a skill I carried into content development. Over the years, I’ve worked on textbook writing, curriculum design, lesson planning, content creation, and review; both in teaching roles and freelance projects. In the EdTech industry, I grew from content developer to team leader of a pioneering group of Statistics content developers, building processes from scratch to earning an Excellence Award for our Alignment Initiative. As content needs evolved, we expanded into AI-generated content review and took on subjects like Accounting, Business, Economics, and Management. What sets me apart is my balance of quality-driven results and people-focused leadership. I empower teammates to take ownership of initiatives. As a result, more than half of my team members have been recognized in Rewards & Recognition programs.
