I have 10 years of experience working in a call center where I received many recommendations and appreciation from both customers and management. I was also promoted to Internal Escalation, where I acted as a Team Leader and handled supervisory calls. This experience helped me learn the values of teamwork, commitment, hard work, concentration, and time management. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to exercise my creativity, intelligence, and diligence.
