Senior FullStack | Laravel & PHP Expert | Web Security & DevOps
I'm a Senior Fullstack engineer who has been shipping production systems since 2012. I'm at my best on systems that matter to a business but have become slow, fragile or impossible to change, and on new products that need one person to own the whole technical side: architecture, code, servers and deployment. RECENT WORK • Group Caliber (Danish brand & reputation tracking SaaS, 2022–2026) I joined to rescue a legacy system whose speed had become unusable. We refactored it, then built v2 where I worked full-stack and helped migrate & optimize the database. Proudest moment: a 10,000-line function with 22 parameters that only its original author could touch. I broke it into a clean class structure and moved its calculation logic into an admin dashboard, so non-developers can now manage it themselves. • ZimouGroup, CTO and shareholder (2022–2026) led the technology across the group's Algerian e-commerce and logistics products: – ZimouExpress: a delivery hub that connects Algeria's courier companies in one system, handling 1,000+ parcels a day across every wilaya with 100% uptime. – MyEcom ERP (later Yalidine's Aventy): I built the "cockpit", an installer that provisions and deploys a dedicated ERP instance for each client automatically through the Laravel Forge, Vercel and Cloudflare APIs. – A landing page platform (Next.js + Turso) that gives every ERP client its own storefront and proxies orders into their ERP without ever exposing the ERP's address. It serves 100K requests a day and costs nothing to run. – A central OAuth service in the cockpit that manages Google and other third-party connections, including token refresh, for every ERP instance. – Orestor, a store-generation app in the same ecosystem. WHAT I DO • Legacy PHP refactoring and modernization, step by step, without stopping the business • Laravel backends, APIs and integrations (couriers, payments, OAuth, third-party APIs) • Performance: slow queries, database design, indexing, caching, queues • DevOps: Linux, Docker, Laravel Forge, Cloudflare, Vercel, CI/CD, deployment automation • Security: I started in web security and penetration testing, so I review code the way an attacker reads it • Frontend when the job needs it: Svelte, Vue, React, Next.js HOW I WORK I have a hacker's habit of finding out how things really work under the hood before changing them. That's why I get productive in unfamiliar codebases quickly and fix causes instead of symptoms. Expect clear written updates, honest estimates, and someone who takes ownership of the result. Have a codebase that's fighting you, or an idea that needs to be built properly? Send me the details, and I'll tell you honestly what I'd tackle first.
