AI Systems Architect | Multi-Tenant SaaS Builds You Can ACTUALLY Trust
I design and ship production AI systems where large language models do real work for real businesses, and where the output holds up when someone pushes on it. Most AI in production cannot tell you why it said what it said. I build the kind that can. For a client, that means a platform you own end to end: live users, cryptographic provenance on every number it serves, and a governance layer that tests a change before it commits. It means multi-agent orchestration that does not fall apart, several autonomous coding agents working a single codebase without clobbering each other, one lead agent owning the main branch and the merges while workers execute on their own, with handoffs strict enough that no agent can quietly report a job done when it is not. It means integrity built into the architecture instead of promised in a pitch: guardrails that stop a model from stating a number that is not in the verified ledger, append-only records so any figure traces back to exactly what produced it, prompt-injection detection, and compliance gates that run before anything ships. And when there is money involved, I build the whole path, from the product to a self-hosted checkout that takes real payments to the search traffic that brings the buyer in. The way I work is why it holds. No technical debt. Nothing swept aside to deal with later. Every open item is in scope now, blocked on something named, or waiting on a call that is yours to make. Everything is verified, not asserted. I built a disciplined, multi-tenant SaaS platform with anti-hallucination AI in three months, using three AI tools, for a fraction of what a build like that is assumed to require. It does not run like what it took to build. It runs like enterprise-grade business intelligence. That gap is the point. This is not something I picked up last year. I have spent my career working in spaces before they had names: fully remote since 2006, when people called it a scam; running social media for brands while the industry still argued about whether it was real, which is around when Social Media Today featured me. A strategy I wrote alone, with no budget advantage, beat a professional agency for a major consulting-firm contract and put me in rooms with Fortune 500 clients in DC, London, and Dubai. Fortune magazine covered it. Today I do this as an executive and AI Systems Architect for a global consulting firm, alongside 27 of my own state-licensed companies, run by a team of AI agents I built and trained and now oversee in under thirty minutes a day. I keep fewer than 20 hours a week open for work beyond that. My initials are AI. I am also completely human. Last year I built a house, an actual A-Frame on ten acres of raw land in Florida, through the permits and the surveys and a county office that wanted to know why I needed an address. Three goats, eleven chickens, two rescue dogs. It is a book now, called Roots and Red Tape. If you need AI that looks impressive in a demo, there are people who will do that for less. If you need AI that still tells the truth when the stakes are real, that is what I build. Not inspiration. Operations.
