Starting a software product, or have one you can’t evaluate? Need a technical person on your side who can tell you what’s real? Worried about wasting development budget and want full visibility into what your team is actually doing? Let's talk. I've been a developer, tech lead, product manager, founder, and CTO. I worked at an outsourcing company and ran my own agency. I spent 15 years in the software industry and have shipped 70+ web/mobile apps For early-stage startups and growing product teams, I provide fractional CTO leadership, technical audits, and architecture that holds up over the long term. HOW I CAN HELP YOU: FRACTIONAL CTO LEADERSHIP You get clear technical direction that helps your team ship faster, reduce regressed issues, and stay aligned with business goals. I have delivered 70+ web and mobile apps over 15+ years of development experience, 7 of which have been leading teams. Recently, I stepped in to restore predictable 21-day delivery after a technical co-founder exited. SAAS ARCHITECTURE You get a scalable system that supports growth without creating future technical debt. My background includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS, and multi-tenant, offline-first, or white-label architectures across FinTech, Healthcare, EdTech, PropTech, and marketplace products. TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE You get a clear view of technical risk before you invest, hire, or scale. I have prepared technical estimates, roadmaps, and system assessments that helped startups secure funding and make better build-versus-fix decisions. CODE REVIEW AND QUALITY AUDIT You get fewer bugs, stronger maintainability, and better visibility into what your team is actually shipping. I have led hands-on code audits and delivery reviews across distributed teams, including projects in which structured process changes reduced white-label app delivery time for 28%. MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY I deliver a mobile product plan that enables faster launches and a better user experience on iOS and Android. I have led React Native and native iOS work on 30+ shipped products across healthcare, streaming, logistics, and cross-platform apps, with complex synchronization and offline support.
