I help restoration and home-repair contractors get insurance claims approved at fair value writing adjuster correspondence and rebuttals that push back on lowball estimates and recover the money contractors are actually owed. Alongside that, I manage the full front-of-business picture for small businesses on Wix: website updates, event pages for workshops and open houses, email newsletters, and marketing flyers so nothing about a client's online presence falls through the cracks. With 8.8K+ hours and a 100% Job Success Score as a Top Rated Plus freelancer, I've built a track record clients trust with both money-sensitive correspondence and public-facing content. What I handle: Insurance adjuster correspondence, claim rebuttals, and ACV/RCV or scope disputes Wix website management, edits, and event/booking page creation Email newsletters and marketing flyers, using ChatGPT and Claude to speed up copy/concepts and Canva to design Calendar management, appointment setting, and executive/inbox support I keep client communication clear and fast, treat every claim or deadline like it's my own money on the line, and I work on a flat-fee, per-project, or monthly retainer basis not hourly so you're paying for outcomes, not time logged.
