AI AND LLM WORK - Penny (live): an AI knowledge platform where users upload documents into knowledge bases and get structured answers and reports through conversation. RAG over Elasticsearch, Claude and OpenAI, streaming responses, structured-output validation with retries, prompt caching, and per-user token limits tied to Stripe subscriptions. Rebuilt from a Lovable prototype into a production .NET Core system on AWS. - AI commerce platform (live in beta, client testing): an LLM gateway (LiteLLM behind Zuplo) with eight MCP servers and self-hosted Gemma models tiered by subscription plan. An admin trace viewer shows which tool the model chose on every request, and the chat decides which supplier API to call at request time. INTEGRATIONS AND AUTOMATION - Meeting-to-task pipeline for a US wealth-advisory firm (live): meeting transcripts become assigned tasks in their project tool across 15 teams, with OAuth integrations, Microsoft SSO and a human approval step. FULL-STACK SAAS - Multi-tenant education platform: scheduling, invoicing, Stripe payments and OCR-based bank-statement reconciliation (.NET, Angular, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SignalR). - Analytics dashboard for a race-event platform (Angular, Chart.js, Leaflet heatmaps). The client: "Event organizers are really impressed with the new dashboard." - A live ASP.NET Core subscription platform on Azure and SQL Server that I took over and keep stable in production. HOW I WORK I'm most useful when a project needs someone to think through the whole system: multi-tenant data, payments, integrations, and AI features that have to be reliable and affordable, not just a demo.
