Often in API-heavy or integration-heavy products where the challenge is making systems usable across UI, integrations, and teams. Much of this work involves tracking an asset, approval, or item through a lifecycle - making operational processes visible at each stage. I'm typically brought in when a small core team is already in place, but key product decisions aren't explicit. Scope shifts, priorities blur, and delivery slows because intent isn't clearly defined. I close that gap by making product decisions deliberate and buildable - so teams stop guessing and start shipping.
