A few examples: - I supported one executive for approximately six years, eventually moving from Executive Assistant into a team leadership role where I helped manage and coordinate a five-person team. - For a US-based professional services business, I helped build and manage a webinar campaign sent to roughly 5,000 contacts. It generated 200+ registrations and 100+ attendees. - I’ve helped build operational systems from the ground up when a company had very little structure in place, including dashboards, workflows, task management, risk tracking, responsibilities, and operating processes. I also previously built and operated my own ecommerce business. During strong periods, it generated around $6,000 in gross weekly sales and roughly 1,000 orders in a good week. I eventually hired and trained a customer support team of five. And I grew an online community organically to 30,000+ members, which taught me a lot about audience building, communication, marketing, and what actually gets people to take action. I don’t need every step mapped out before I can start. If you tell me: “Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish.” I can usually help turn that into: What needs to happen → who needs to do it → what’s missing → what needs follow-up → what needs your decision → what I can handle myself. I pay attention to the things that fall between the cracks because those are usually the things that eventually cost the owner the most time. And if I see a better way to do something, I’ll tell you. I’m not interested in creating more work for you by constantly asking what I should do next. The goal is the opposite. Less for you to remember. Less for you to chase.
