My name's Dorothy Grace Subang, but I love being called Grapes. It's a nickname one kid gave me when he can't fully pronounce my nickname: Grace. I know that it’s a tough choice! You can call me Grace if we ever get the chance to meet and work together (I hope we do!). I have worked home-based for roughly 10 years now. I started out as a freelance writer for various niches, and later on, became an online English tutor. I've juggled various freelance jobs for the past 8 years; I've been a VA for recruitment, marketing, and customer support, a contributor for viral online quizzes, and a data-miner to build a contacts database for a website in US. Quite a lot of things, I must say! I learned so much from working with people from different countries, niches, and businesses. My most valuable lesson? Effective communication. It's the key to every harmonious and efficient client relationship. Combined with hard work and the constant drive to be better, we can work together to propel your business towards great heights. I found that it brings me so much joy to work in the Customer Experience field.
