Mark D.

I specialize in instructional design and eLearning development using Articulate Storyline, with 12+ years building web-based training for regulated industries. Safety compliance, onboarding, technical skills, operational procedures. I take the content you already have and turn it into interactive, scenario-based learning that works inside any LMS and actually holds up when people go back to the job. Most of what I build involves branching scenarios, decision-based practice, and SCORM-packaged modules that your LMS can track properly. No generic slide-and-quiz templates. Each course is designed around what the learner needs to do, not just what they need to know. What I am doing differently now is bringing AI into Storyline in practical ways. Open-ended response evaluation, personalized feedback based on what a learner actually types, adaptive paths that adjust to performance. This is not a gimmick. It just makes the training work harder without adding more content. If your training has a completion rate but zero behavior change, that is the problem I solve. 100% Job Success ,Top Rated for years. Clients come back because the work is solid and the communication is straightforward. If you need an instructional designer who can take a project from content dump to finished, SCORM-ready course, I can do that. Let's talk.
