Worked in a BPO industry for 11 years. Worked as a customer service representative for telecommunications (a VOIP and an American Telecommunications company), a technical support representative for a big computer manufacturer, a customer rep for north american customers and my recent post was for a world renowned technology company as a technical associate for people with special needs. I am well versed with the English language and can cope up with abrupt changes. I am a keen observer, a cleverly resourceful person and a time sensitive individual. I am well versed with Microsoft products and had been a consistent performer in Customer Satisfaction. I am currently working in a Property Management company.
