Nenad M.
WordPress Developer, WooCommerce, Google Ads and GA4 Specialist
Most WordPress problems I get called for are not really WordPress problems. The form doesn't send. The checkout loses people somewhere between cart and payment. The page takes six seconds. The ad budget goes out and nobody can say what came back. I fix the site and the measurement behind it, because I spent 14 years on the other side of that question running Google Ads accounts. I built my first website in 1998 and have worked on hundreds of projects since, from small business sites to platforms with tens of thousands of daily visitors. For the last 14 years WordPress has been at the centre of that work, and today most of it is WordPress and WooCommerce: theme development and customisation, plugin customisation, bug fixing, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance. PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS are part of my toolkit, which means I fix problems properly rather than working around them. For 8 years I was CTO of a web development and hosting company in Zagreb, where I ran the hosting department and a team of up to 15 developers. That is why I'm at home with technical audits, migrations, DNS and hosting problems, and taking over sites from previous developers. Two recent examples. I build and maintain a live WooCommerce store for a US promotional products company, running Shoptimizer with a child theme, Elementor, Authorize.Net CIM payments, CommerceKit and LiteSpeed caching. Every piece of custom code lives in the child theme, so a theme update never takes the store down. And for a US tour operator on managed WordPress hosting I ran a security and access takeover audit: an inventory of who owns every login and integration, a verified backup with a test restore, and a credential rotation plan. They kept me on for the performance and booking-flow work that followed. On the paid side: 14 years of Google Ads, certified in Search, Display and Analytics, with monthly budgets up to $450,000 under management. My longest-running account I took over at $30,000 a month and scaled profitably to $350,000, peaking above $450,000 in seasonal months. Alongside that, 7 years of Microsoft Ads, 8 years of Meta advertising, on-site SEO, and GA4 and Google Tag Manager conversion tracking. That combination is why clients keep me around: when the audit concludes the landing page is the bottleneck, I can go and fix the page. I work alone and don't subcontract, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. I flag issues early rather than late, and I tell you plainly when something is outside what I do.
