Alongside helping the founder strengthen priorities, delegation, and execution, I began coaching team members on applying company standards consistently, strengthening ownership, and following through on agreed expectations in their day-to-day work. • 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — Worked with business founders navigating competing priorities, operational bottlenecks, and growth initiatives. Our work focused on identifying high-impact priorities, strengthening delegation, and establishing clearer ownership and execution rhythms. • 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 — Supported operations professionals in moving beyond task completion toward anticipating needs, following up earlier, and taking greater ownership of responsibilities. We worked on prioritization, communication, and timely escalation to keep operations moving. • 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — Helped professionals and entrepreneurs evaluate competing work commitments, business opportunities, and financial priorities. We established clearer priorities, practical tracking systems, and regular accountability check-ins to support consistent progress.
