I build AI systems that solve real business problems. Most of my work today is around AI voice agents, RAG systems, automation, and connecting AI with tools companies already use. I’m an Upwork Expert-Vetted engineer with 15+ years of software experience, and I’ve worked on projects in healthcare, finance, real estate, legal, logistics, and internal business operations. A few recent examples: • I built an AI call center with around 20 ElevenLabs agents making outbound calls, qualifying leads, collecting customer information, and producing structured call results. • I built a Retell AI receptionist for a healthcare practice, handling real patient calls in French and English, collecting information, helping with appointment workflows, and transferring calls when needed. • I built a RAG-based sales assistant using technical company documents. We tested it against a defined set of questions and reached 42/42 expected results before release. I also work on WhatsApp automation, document AI, medical data extraction, AI customer support, internal knowledge assistants, n8n/Make workflows, and API integrations. My approach is simple: first understand where the real bottleneck is, then choose the right tools. Sometimes the issue is the model.
