I built a quote CRM that turns site measurements into a priced lead sheet and quote in minutes, and submits the order to the manufacturer in one click. It took 6 months to build and is now used by 150+ people across 5 companies. Healthcare facility (70+ beds, 90%+ occupancy): one live view instead of Excel and paper forms. Tracking arrivals, discharges, bed moves and free beds across spreadsheets and forms was slow, and staff were missing SOP steps because nothing reminded them. I built a CRM that shows all incoming and outgoing patients, bed allocation and room changes, with occupancy stats, forecasting, and automated notifications and reminders so procedures aren't missed. I also built a MERN-stack patient portal where patients log in, manage their onboarding and upload required documents. Built over a year, used daily by 40+ staff. Roadside assistance company: drivers and back office in sync. Drivers were calling the office for job details and sometimes went to the wrong location. I built a CRM with a driver mobile app: drivers see scheduled jobs, navigate with Google Maps, collect the agreed amount and close jobs. The back office sees updates in real time and follows up with customers for feedback. It also tracks payments, cash and driver commissions. Built over 8 months, used daily by 10+ drivers and 6 back-office staff.
