I hope it’s helpful! *WHAT HAPPENS HERE* You need an accountant, so here you are on Upwork. You’re probably a bit overwhelmed with the amount of service providers and their various offerings. At a high-level, I offer accounting management. This means that I essentially become your company’s accounting department. The ultimate outcome of this, to you, is a quality accounting system that will keep you in compliance and *inform* you about your business’ operations. “Know Your Numbers” may be a cheesy cliche, but it’s actually an extremely important concept. I work with you on this via periodic financial statements, and regular discussions. You will know your business! The other important outcome of investing in a quality accounting system is the value that’s added to the entity *as a whole* by having one. Do you need financing? Do you want to explore selling your company, and/or bringing in a new partner or investor? Without a quality accounting system…those things just can’t, and wont, happen. *LIKE WHAT YOU SEE/READ?* If you’ve made it this far, maybe you like what you see/read (thank you) and would be interested in connecting via a video call interview. That would be the next step. But first - let me go over the profile of what has historically been the “ideal” company to work with. You are probably micro-to-medium sized, with annual revenues being below $3M. You want someone to claim ownership of the accounting function of your business - which could include payroll, bill pay, collections, invoicing, and even taxes. You want to find someone that you enjoy working with, and are hoping to develop a long-term relationship with a service provider that you can grow with, who becomes an extended (but important) part of your team. *SHALL WE TALK?* If you’re interested in connecting, please feel free to do so.
