Strategic Operations Partner | Systems, Content, Programs & Growth
I help founders, thought leaders, coaches, and human-centered businesses turn big ideas and messy operations into structured systems, content, programs, and scalable infrastructure. I’m a Strategic Operations Partner and systems thinker who works across the gap between “I know what I want to create” and “this actually works as a business.” My work sits at the intersection of operations, systems, content, client experience, and program development. I’m especially valuable to founders with a lot of ideas, expertise, and moving pieces who need someone capable of seeing the whole picture and turning complexity into structure. That might mean building a CRM, developing a content strategy, turning years of expertise into a course or program, creating the infrastructure for a launch, organizing a founder’s content ecosystem, improving a client journey, or identifying the bottlenecks making a growing business harder to run than it needs to be. What I can help with: Operations & Systems * Operational architecture and workflow design * SOPs, processes, and documentation * CRM systems, pipelines, automations, and lifecycle tracking * AI-supported workflows and knowledge systems * Team infrastructure and operational scaling Content & Thought Leadership * Content strategy and planning * Content operations and editorial workflows * Thought leadership infrastructure * Founder-led content systems * Content repurposing and distribution workflows * Extracting ideas from calls, voice notes, podcasts, and long-form content * Organizing content libraries, knowledge bases, and creative assets Programs & Client Experience * Course and group program architecture * Curriculum and program development * Client journeys, onboarding, delivery, and offboarding * Launch and offer infrastructure * Membership and community systems * Retreat and experience operations Strategic Founder Support * Turning ideas into executable projects * Identifying operational gaps and bottlenecks * Connecting strategy with implementation * Coordinating operations, content, clients, and team * Building systems that reduce founder dependency A few examples of my work: Scaled a content marketing agency from $0 to $40K/month within 1 year. I helped build the company from the ground up, developing the operational and content delivery infrastructure, hiring and training a 20+ person team, and creating the systems required to scale. Turned 50 years of clinical expertise into a scalable program. Working alongside a clinical psychologist, I extracted decades of knowledge and transformed it into a structured 10-week group program, including curriculum, content, client journey, funnels, email sequences, onboarding, delivery, and supporting infrastructure. Built operations for an international retreat center. As Head of Operations and Guest Services, I worked across client experience, team operations, CRM, funnels, workflows, automations, audience segmentation, pipelines, retreat delivery, and process improvement. I also designed a trauma-informed screening and intake system to improve participant safety and experience. Built content and operational ecosystems for expert-led businesses. I’ve helped coaches, therapists, creators, and thought leaders turn their expertise into programs, communities, content systems, client journeys, launches, and scalable operational infrastructure. Why clients bring me in: I’m rarely the person who needs a perfectly defined task list. Give me the objective, context, and access to what already exists, and I can identify what needs to happen, how the pieces connect, and what systems will make the work sustainable. My background spans operations leadership, entrepreneurship, content marketing, communications, client experience, program development, and systems architecture. I understand both the strategy and the details required to execute it. I’m highly detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident using AI to improve research, content, knowledge management, and operational workflows. Working together: After years in long-term leadership and director-level roles, I recently moved into independent consulting. That means I’m relatively new to Upwork, but not new to this work. I work remotely with clients internationally, combining structured asynchronous collaboration, clear project documentation, and reliable delivery. My location in Southeast Asia allows me to make substantial progress while North American teams are offline, with deliverables ready for review at the start of their working day. I’m also available for overlapping hours throughout the week when real-time collaboration is useful. If you need more than another pair of hands and want someone who can understand the vision, organize the complexity, and help build the systems, content, and infrastructure to bring it to life, I’d love to hear what you’re building.
