Apurva S.

I discovered my aptitude and capabilities for a career in CRM Consultancy in the year 2012 Since then I have worked on a multitude of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Projects. During the journey I have gained experience in the field, build up knowledge and acquired newer skills. Today I assist my clients fulfill their myriad CRM needs by using different applications/products like Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Report, Zoho Projects, SugarCRM, Salesforce and likes. To suit the client requirements, at times I facilitate migration from Salesforce to Zoho CRM, and have also developed Third Party (outside Zoho) Integration Softwares which act as an interface with Zoho. I have successfully completed 146 Zoho assignments and that means more than 5000 hrs of dedicated work in different domains ranging from Finance, Insurance, Sales and Mortgage to Medical, NGOs, Real Estate and so on. On the basis of this experience I persistently work on new tools that can help me provide customized solutions to my clients. My work in the field has been duly recognized by ZOHO and I feel proud in announcing that now I am a ZOHO Authorised Partner, Zoho Creator solution provider and Creator Certified Developer. This partnership underlines my credibility and is a certificate for the quality service I provide. More recently, while the world was locked down, I invested my time in search of more knowledge. I have acquired Zoho CRM Certification, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns and so on.
