Before transitioning into full-time freelancing, I gained valuable experience across three different call centers. In my first job, I served as a Market Researcher, conducting outbound surveys. As a Technical Support Representative in my second job, I handled calls from technicians, providing troubleshooting support for phone and internet issues. This role also involved managing chat support, processing trouble tickets, and utilizing soft switches to resolve customer issues. In my final job, I served as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Representative, assisting Australian customers, technicians, and colleagues in resolving various phone and internet-related issues. As a full time freelancer, I've worked as an email customer service representative. I answered emails to prospective clients. I also did tagging and categorizing of products and influencers. I was also trained for webcrawling. For my most recent job, I was a Technical Editor, I submitted listings for businesses. I also did chat support, validation of documents and I am currently a Virtual Assistant whose main task is doing data entry for Real Estate Agents.
