Quality Control Engineer

I am Quality Control Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the field of software engineering as QA engineer, and an application support engineer. To easily illustrate my areas of expertise I put them into points based on different testing types: User Interface Testing: Putting together my experience, knowledge, different resources and International standards I have created my own UI checklist that helps in identifying UI issues in different applications (web applications and mobile applications). Functional Testing: I have participated in testing many web applications including educational system, online booking system, b2b systems, and more. Also participated in testing many mobile applications like Snapchat (localization), Kasra, Halayala, PayMe, Tawseel, Salony, and more. API Testing: I have previous experience with manual testing of APIs using Postman. Exploratory Testing: I have participated in projects where I performed exploratory testing and executed some scripted test cases. My development background is helping me when communicating with the development teams now as I am able to understand where the developers are coming from and actually work with them to improve quality right from the start.​
