In my 4 years in technical support, I acquired lots of skills and techniques in troubleshooting, assisting customers and data entry management. I have been using Windows based system and websites program to operate the job. While specializing in Customer Service Support and Data Entry, I managed to work for social media marketing and and online advertising projects. For the past 12 months i have been working only with 1 client in order to focus and develop my technical and customer service skills to practice of being a great solid worker.
