Prem C.

I fix slow, broken, and underperforming WordPress/WooCommerce stores — and build new ones that don't have those problems in the first place. Over 14+ years, I've delivered 100+ live projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, real estate, and finance in 7+ countries — including enterprise platforms for K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Trust and Somaiya Vidyavihar University (34 institutions), and ongoing CTO work for Attha Academy (Sydney) and senior remote development for CareSet Inc., a healthcare data analytics company in Houston. On Upwork specifically: 103 completed projects, 5.0 star average, $20K+ earned. HOW I CAN HELP Build — Custom WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP & Laravel development — Landing pages (Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, or fully custom-coded) — PSD/Figma to WordPress/HTML conversion — AI-powered automation workflows and chatbots (n8n, Make, Zapier) — Mobile-responsive builds from scratch when a theme just won't cut it Fix — Slow-loading sites — performance audits, caching, and speed optimization — Hacked or infected sites — malware removal and full security cleanup — Broken checkouts and payment gateway issues (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net) — Plugin conflicts, theme bugs, white screens, and general troubleshooting — Sites that have grown messy over years of updates and need a proper cleanup Manage — Ongoing website maintenance and support — Hosting setup, server configuration, and migrations (zero downtime) — Domain mapping, DNS, SSL, CloudFlare/CDN, and email configuration — Long-term care so your site keeps running without surprises TECH I WORK WITH WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, MySQL, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, ACF, REST APIs, AWS, Google Cloud, CloudFlare, cPanel, n8n, Make, Zapier. INDUSTRIES I'VE WORKED IN Healthcare (hospital & clinic platforms, patient portals), Education (university & institution sites), Hospitality (booking engines, event sites), Real estate (property listings, lead capture), Finance (investor dashboards, secure web apps), and small business/e-commerce. A FEW RECENT PROJECTS — K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Research Centre — full web platform covering hospital, Ayurveda, physiotherapy, and blood bank portals — Somaiya Vidyavihar University — umbrella platform for 34 institutions under one of Mumbai's largest education groups — One Green Planet (USA) — high-traffic sustainable-living media platform — Great British Food Festival (UK) — event website with ticketing and listings — Heart of Garda (Italy) — luxury villa rental platform with booking flows — CareSet Systems (USA) — healthcare data analytics platform built on Medicare claims data — The Black Canvas (India) — premium leather goods e-store with a clean, conversion-focused build HOW I WORK Free consultation — I ask questions first and tell you honestly what your site needs, even if it's less than you expected. Clear scope and timeline before any money changes hands. Flexible terms — hourly or fixed price, with milestone-based payments on larger builds. I personally handle every project I take on, from first call to launch — no handing you off to a junior team partway through. Real-time updates throughout, so you're never wondering what's happening or chasing me for status. Support after launch, not just a handoff and goodbye — I stay reachable for the small fixes that come up in the first few weeks.
