I have background in automotive, machinery, electronics and plastic parts design. -Automotive: Fixture and tooling design for the assembly process of trucks and engines. -Medical: Tolerancing analysis (GD&T) and finite element analysis for medical devices. -Machinery design: Conveyor Belts, Automated Case Erectors, Color Sorting Machines. -Electronics: Mechanical design of PCB's, Supports, venting/cooling systems and enclosures. -Plastic parts: Designs focused on mold-ability for plastic parts with complex/organic shapes as well parts with mechanical tasks like gears. I verify and debug my designs with MoldFlow technology and also, I can design the molds. -Finite Element Analysis: Performed in Nastran, I can analyze/optimize mechanism and individual parts. -Other: CNG piping runs, structures and Wire harness drawings for manufacturing.
