Kristen S.

Hi, I’m Kristen! I’m a Charlotte-based creative professional with nearly 20 years of experience helping busy execs, business owners, and teams stay organized and get things done. Give me a messy process, a little technology, and an iced coffee, and I’m a HAPPY girl! My background is a little bit of everything, from graphic and web design to marketing, executive support, and digital operations. I love getting creative and making things look great, but I’m just as happy behind the scenes, figuring things out, putting out fires, and making sure all the moving pieces actually move in the right direction. I’m happiest when I’m making someone else’s life easier. Whether that means managing a packed calendar, juggling projects, handling personal to-dos, or tackling that thing that’s been sitting on someone’s list for way too long, I love being the person who says, “I’ve got it!” and actually gets it done. I’m pretty good at anticipating what needs to happen next, too, sometimes before anyone realizes it needs to happen. I’m also a bit of a tech nerd (the fun kind, I promise). I love discovering new tools and finding creative ways to use AI and automation to work smarter, save time, and make everyday tasks a whole lot easier. My projects have been all over the map, from building custom GPTs to help with medical research to designing graphic tees, creating marketing materials, managing websites, and keeping digital platforms running smoothly. I love the variety, and Im always up for learning something new. At the end of the day, I’m organized, resourceful, responsive, and endlessly curious. I love a good challenge, a clever solution, and that wonderful feeling when everything finally clicks into place. And if someone tells me, “There has to be an easier way to do this,” well, now they have my attention.
