I've been working as Web developer for 9 years. At start I was working on entertaining and educational applications using ActionScript 3.0 (one of the first ECMAScript languages), then I switched to HTML5/CSS/JavaScript (ES5, ES6, React framework, Vue.js). Web development is not only about "coding" the front-end, it is also about knowing browser rendering mechanics, optimizing single page application performance and improving asynchronous request handling. All web projects require smooth communication with back-end services, so I'm familiar with a few server technologies (Node.js, Java servlets, PHP Laravel). Git and SVN are my usual code versioning tools.
