Senior QA Engineer | Manual & Automation Testing | 15 Years Experience

I’m a Senior QA Engineer and QA Lead with 15+ years of experience in software testing, including manual testing, test automation, API testing, web and mobile testing, QA process development, and CI/CD integration. I work with both traditional software products and AI-native applications. I can also help evaluate AI models, LLM-powered features, agents, and agentic workflows for quality, reliability, consistency, and real-world behavior. I can join an existing QA team, work independently as your dedicated QA engineer, or help build a QA process from scratch. What I can help you with • Manual testing of web, mobile, SaaS, enterprise, and AI-native applications • Functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing • Test case, checklist, and test scenario creation • Bug discovery, reproduction, documentation, and verification • Test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, and Rest Assured • API testing using Postman and REST APIs • Cross-browser and cross-platform testing • Database and backend validation using SQL • CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps • Accessibility, performance, and basic security testing • QA process setup and improvement • Test strategy and release quality assessment • Testing and evaluation of AI-native applications • Evaluation of LLMs, AI models, agents, and multi-agent workflows • Validation of AI outputs for hallucinations, inconsistency, correctness, reliability, and business alignment How I work When I join a project, I first learn how the product works, what your users expect, what the current risks are, and what level of testing makes sense for your timeline and budget. Depending on the project, I can: • Test the application manually from a real user's perspective • Review requirements and identify missing or unclear scenarios • Create structured test cases, checklists, and regression suites • Reproduce and document bugs with clear steps, screenshots, logs, and expected results • Build or maintain automated tests • Review existing automation and reduce flaky or unreliable tests • Test APIs, integrations, databases, and backend workflows • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Perform regression testing before releases • Help establish a practical QA process for teams that do not yet have one I also use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Codex when they help speed up QA work. For example, I use them for requirements analysis, test case generation, log analysis, test data creation, automation development, duplicate bug detection, and reporting. AI is a productivity tool in my workflow, not a replacement for QA judgment. I still personally validate product behavior, test complex scenarios, investigate failures, and make quality decisions based on more than 15 years of hands-on QA experience. AI-Native Apps, Models & Agent Evaluation For AI-native products, I can help test and evaluate: • LLM-powered applications and AI features • AI models and model outputs • AI agents and agentic workflows • Multi-agent systems and orchestrations • Prompt-response behavior and consistency • Hallucinations and factual accuracy • Reliability across repeated runs • Edge cases and failure scenarios • Tool calling and external integrations • Human-in-the-loop workflows • AI regression testing • Business rule and domain alignment • Safety, usability, and user trust I can help build practical evaluation strategies that combine automated checks, structured test datasets, regression testing, and human evaluation where needed. Tools & Technologies Test Automation: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Rest Assured API Testing: Postman, REST APIs Performance: JMeter, BlazeMeter, Taurus, JProfiler CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline Cloud: AWS, S3, Glue, SageMaker, Device Farm, QuickSight Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, SQL Server Programming: Java, JavaScript Test Management: Jira, Linear AI Tools: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Amazon Q, CodeWhisperer I’m comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and can adapt the QA approach to your product, team size, release process, and budget. If you need someone who can simply jump in and test your product thoroughly, I can do that. If you need someone to build automation, improve the QA process, or evaluate an AI-native application, model, or agent, I can help with that as well.
