Hi! My name is Apple and I have over 6+ years of experience working in a customer service role. I have held roles like customer support representative for 5 years handling billing, orders, and technical concerns under Healthnet accounts handling incoming calls from providers and members but usually, we received provider calls from doctors and hospitals. We also handled claims thus, verification of members’ eligibility and coverage were enforced and acted in compliance with the company’s regulation.
