A licensed nurse and experienced Virtual Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. From an Associate, Subject Matter Expert (SME), up to a Team Manager post, I was able to handle various tasks including but not limited to recruitment, email and calendar management, voice and non-voice customer service support, and managing a support team of approximately forty employees. Moreover, I also worked as a language optimization coach for a major IELTS Review Center in the Philippines. We have successfully provided training and coaching to more than 300,000 students since its inception in 2007. I am a smart worker, flexible, and a goal-oriented person.
