Expert-Vetted GTM & Lifecycle Strategist | B2B & SaaS Growth

The businesses I work best with have already built something worth paying attention to. There is a real product. There are customers, or clear evidence that customers want what they’re building. Revenue is moving. The founder understands the industry, and the team can explain why the business matters when given enough time. Then something strange happens. The company grows, but the customer journey doesn’t always grow with it. The website explains one thing. The sales team says another. Marketing generates interest that doesn’t convert. New customers arrive without understanding how to get value from the product. Good customers leave quietly. Everyone is working, but somewhere between awareness, purchase, adoption, and retention, the story starts losing people. That gap has followed me through most of my work. Sometimes a company calls it a positioning problem. Sometimes it shows up as weak conversion, slow activation, rising churn, a launch that doesn’t land, or a sales conversation that requires twenty minutes of explanation before someone understands why they should care. The language changes, but the question underneath it usually does not: Where is the customer journey asking people to work harder than they should have to? That is where my work in Go-to-Market and Lifecycle Strategy begins. I have helped founders build brands from an idea, supported a peer-to-peer platform through market entry, repositioned cybersecurity expertise for risk-conscious buyers, and worked inside technology businesses where customer understanding had not yet caught up with the product. Each project looked different, although my thinking usually began in the same place: ✅ What does the company believe it is offering? ✅ What does the right customer believe they are getting? ✅ What must they understand before the next step feels worthwhile? ✅ Where does interest turn into hesitation? ✅ What happens after someone says yes? Those questions shape the work that follows. Go-to-Market I help businesses prepare products, offers, and new growth initiatives for the market they’re entering. That can include positioning, buyer research, offer architecture, messaging, market analysis, launch strategy, partnerships, sales enablement, and identifying the clearest path between “we built this” and “the right people understand why it matters.” The goal isn’t simply more attention. It’s creating enough clarity and relevance for the right buyer to recognise that this is for them. Lifecycle Getting the customer is only the beginning. I look at what happens after interest becomes intent and after intent becomes a customer relationship. That can involve activation, onboarding, customer communication, retention, expansion opportunities, lifecycle campaigns, and the systems that help a business remain useful after the initial sale. Because growth becomes unnecessarily expensive when every new customer has to be replaced. The capabilities behind the work I use Brand Strategy, Copywriting, Growth Marketing, Market Analysis, Content Strategy, funnels, lifecycle campaigns, analytics, and conversion systems when the problem calls for them. They are tools rather than the centre of the work. I also resist polishing confusion. Elegant sentences cannot rescue an offer the buyer has misunderstood. This work is usually most valuable for businesses that have something working and are ready to understand what needs to happen next. You may be preparing for a new market, trying to improve how customers move through the business, or looking for a clearer growth strategy before investing more heavily in acquisition. I have learned to be suspicious of problems that look obvious, because those are usually the expensive ones. My job is to help find the real problem underneath the visible one, then build a clearer path forward. Because when a business has already done the difficult work of creating something valuable, growth shouldn’t depend on shouting louder. The market simply needs a better way to understand, choose, experience, and continue choosing what you’ve built.
