Inventory & Working Capital • Reduce excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and dead inventory without compromising service levels. • Improve inventory health through segmentation, right-sizing, safety stock, replenishment, and demand-supply alignment. • Identify opportunities to release working capital while improving availability and operational performance. Logistics & Fulfilment • Redesign logistics networks, distribution models, routing, and fulfilment processes to reduce cost and lead time. • Improve service levels, transportation efficiency, delivery performance, and reverse logistics. AI, Automation & Decision Intelligence • Apply AI/ML to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, planning, and operational decision-making. • Automate repetitive, rule-based processes across planning, operations, reporting, and customer workflows. • Integrate external signals such as supplier reliability, port congestion, transit delays, and traffic into supply chain decisions. • Identify where AI, automation, APIs, and system integration can deliver measurable operational ROI. Supply Chain & Warehouse Simulation Hands-on experience with AnyLogic, FlexSim, Arena, and Simul8 for capacity planning, throughput analysis, warehouse design, resource optimization, process validation, and investment decisions.
