Mark N.

I am an experienced Trust & Safety associate (content moderator), having reviewed contents such as live comments on articles from various international news sites, user-generated contents from different social media platforms, such as images and videos, as well as reviewing and resolving tickets/issues from players in a mobile gaming app environment. I have also worked as a Social Media Manager for entrepreneurs who are in the fields of finance, fitness, health and life coaching. I manage the content and monitor the insights/analytics of their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest accounts. Being a social media manager, I am also in charge of maintaining Facebook Pages and Groups to make sure that there are engagements on our posted contents. I also hide or delete comments that are not in line with the discussion and ban members or fans that are not following the group/page guidelines. Additionally, I have ten years of experience in office administration and support to company executives. I make it a point to always accomplish my duties and responsibilities efficiently. I can do administrative tasks that involve data management, research, report writing, developing presentations, drafting correspondence, and organizing meetings. I am very meticulous and organized when it comes to performing my job. And most importantly, I have a high level of intrinsic motivation and professionalism.
