My goal is to utilize my written and verbal communication skills to offer online support in the comfort of my own home office. This set-up fits well with my self-motivated character which is a result of my 10-year-long experience in the BPO industry doing Customer Service and now as a Virtual Assistant. Alongside my VA job, I also did some research projects for Social Media Managers as well as Ghostwriting and managing blog sites through Upwork. In the future, I plan to add more skills to my arsenal and apply them in the next project that I'll get my hands on. For me, there is no small or big project; I can work with less supervision yet promise a full commitment to accomplish any given task, my open-mindedness, my hunger for new information and my top-notch work ethic are the characteristics that make me a GOOD INVESTMENT.
